About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Claims Manager to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our claims management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Claims Management
    • Manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve claims outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of claims handlers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Identify and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with claims management.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in motor claims management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of motor claims management principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
