Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and delivery of a tailored curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students.

- Pupil Progress: Ensure the well-being and academic progress of all students, implementing effective support strategies and interventions.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: QTS
- Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within an SEN setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SEN best practices and current educational policies.
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, resilient, and committed to the ethos of inclusive education.
