**Job Summary**

We are seeking a commercially astute Associate/Senior Associate with 5+ years' post qualification experience and a credible background of working in commercial property to join our team at William James Recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Working autonomously on a broad variety of transactions, you will be seeking to strike the balance between managing the legal risk and getting the deal done for your clients
* Managing a varied caseload including commercial acquisitions and disposals, auctions, development work, re-financing, Landlord and Tenant, leases, underleases and assignments
* Dealing with matters from initial contact through to completion, including drafting contracts and negotiating leases
* Assisting Partners with high value and / or complex commercial property matters
* Identifying and attending key networking and other business events to contribute to the development of the sales pipeline

**Requirements**

* Proven ability to thoroughly assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions
* Track record of building profitable and long standing relationships with clients
* Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience
