Position Overview

Care4Health is seeking a dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to become a vital part of our community rehabilitation team.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will engage with patients in their homes and residential facilities, providing essential support following their discharge from medical care. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are mandatory.

Experience Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in geriatric care
  • Exposure to various medical environments, including neurology and community settings
  • Background in reablement practices
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, with hours starting at 8 AM.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC to qualify for this role.
