We are seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals to join our team of Care Professionals at Home Instead Chichester & Bognor Regis. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing companionship, support, and care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their well-being and quality of life.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including getting dressed and ready for the day.
  • Accompany clients on social visits, appointments, and shopping trips, promoting their independence and social interaction.

  • Full or part-time hours available, with guaranteed contracts to ensure stability and security.
  • Paid mileage and car maintenance, including MOT, to support your work.

Requirements
  • No prior experience of care is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes.
