About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Professional to join our team at Just Legal Search. As a key member of our Credit Management firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the legal function and grow the team as needed to support the business
  • Support the investment team with coordinating bond prospectuses, company filings, and transaction processes
  • Manage the structuring, drafting, and execution of investments, including vehicle structuring
  • Work closely with the CEO to provide valuable input and make key decisions that impact the business
  • Work with co-investors, counterparties, and regulatory authorities to negotiate, draft, and execute contracts and transactions

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and solutions-driven individual with a strong legal background in Credit and/or Debt and/or Structured Finance. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-confident in dealing with investors and regulatory authorities, and have a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
