We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Specialist to join our team at EES Solutions. As an EMC Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our electronic systems with global EMC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of EMC specifications and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Component Engineers, Test & Development, and Suppliers to ensure global EMC compliance.
  • Manage the EMC database and develop best practices for EMC activities.
  • Develop and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for component EMC compliance status.
  • Support component hardware reviews with suppliers and promote EMC awareness across the business.
  • Chair the internal EMC working group to ensure a robust EMC approach.

Requirements:

  • Significant relevant experience in EMC within the automotive industry.
  • Experience of vehicle electrical architectures based on CAN-based systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience of full product lifecycle from concept through to vehicle launch.
  • Experience of delivering electrical systems/components.

Education:

  • BEng or MEng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Systems Engineering, and proven relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of global applicable EMC standards (UNECE Reg10, CISPR, ISO, FCC, GB/T).
