This role is situated within a supportive environment, focusing on collaborative efforts with a dedicated clinical team. You will engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, working alongside professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Assistant Psychologists. Your responsibilities will include adhering to established service policies and procedures while contributing to the ongoing development of the service. You will play a vital role in maintaining quality assurance and supporting the evolution of our clinical practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and additional needs
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Conflict resolution expertise
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
  • Significant post-qualification experience
  • Experience in training or lecturing
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficient data management skills
