Job Opportunity: General Practice Surveyor (Graduate)
Company Overview: Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is a leading property consultancy for the South-West region, providing expert services to clients across the area.
Job Summary: We are seeking an aspiring Building Surveyor who has recently graduated with a relevant degree, looking to kick-start their career in a reputable company that offers full on the job training and will get you RICS qualified in 2 and a half years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and inspections, meeting with clients, and building a portfolio of properties under your control.
- Work closely with senior members of the team to hone your skills and work towards your RICS qualification.
- Split between the Plymouth office and regular site visits, conducting site inspections and surveys.
- Regular client liaison and communication.
- Guaranteed pay increase annually for years 1-3.
- Work a standard 9 - 5:30 Monday to Friday schedule.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a relevant degree.
- Aspiring General Practice Surveyor.
- Wants to become RICS qualified within 2 and a half years.
- Commutable to Plymouth.
