**Job Summary:**

Pro Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Support Portfolio Managers/Directors/Partners:**
    • Provide direct support to our senior leadership team as required.
  • **Financial Reporting and Compliance:**
    • Prepare statutory accounts, reports, and commentaries for various business entities.
    • Prepare corporation tax computations and returns.
  • **Tax Advisory and Compliance:**
    • Deal with and advise on personal tax issues, ensuring compliance with tax legislation and filing personal tax returns.
  • **Client Liaison and Management:**
    • Liaise directly with selected clients as required.
    • Assist with the management of client work flows to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • **Mentorship and Coaching:**
    • Mentor and coach less experienced members of staff/trainees as required.
  • **Quality and Efficiency:**
    • Ensure procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
    • Work closely with colleagues to ensure quality of output and efficiency of procedures.
  • **Additional Responsibilities:**
    • Undertake any other duties which may be required by management commensurate to the role.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1-2 years' post ACA/ACCA qualified practice experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in managing a small portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality work.
