**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at Network IT Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and troubleshoot complex network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Respond to escalated issues in a timely manner, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Configure enterprise firewalls and switches from leading manufacturers, such as Cisco, Juniper, and FortiGate.
  • Cross-collaborate with the Infrastructure and Senior Networking teams to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Support senior network engineers in designing and implementing network solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop detailed documentation for future reference and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, with a focus on improving network efficiency, security, and overall performance.
  • Assist with major incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal network availability.

**Technical Requirements:**

  • Experience with both Linux and Windows environments is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and network monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds.
  • Proficiency in VLAN and WLAN configurations.
