Job Title: Courier Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our team at EMED Group. As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in the safe and timely transportation of goods and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the safe and efficient movement of goods and equipment
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Use electronic and paper-based forms to record tasks and items delivered and collected
  • Ensure all courier tasks are completed correctly and on schedule
  • Operate vehicles from small vans to 3.5-tonne Luton vans, using a category B part of the UK driving licence
Requirements:
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence for a minimum of 12 months
  • No more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Familiarity with the local and surrounding areas
