Construction Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and computer-literate individual to join our clients growing team in Bristol as a Construction Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the construction industry and make a valuable contribution to our clients team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the construction team
  • Managing paperwork related to projects
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assisting with project scheduling and budgeting
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Communicating with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Handling general office duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of earthworks, bulk earthmoving, and soil stabilisation (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with pile mat installation, earthworks landscaping, and cut and fill operations (highly desirable)
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
