About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Serving Customers: Greet and thank customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have a positive experience with us.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products to provide helpful and informed advice to customers.
  • Processing Sales and Refunds: Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Stock Management: Assist with processing deliveries and replenishing stock to ensure our shop floor is always fully stocked.
  • General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back of house, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Company Activity and Promotions: Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions, ensuring you are aware of all the latest offers and initiatives.
  • Supporting Floor Moves and Sales: Assist with floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
  • Adhering to Company Policies: Ensure you are aware of and adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR procedures.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High-Pressure Environment: Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Initiative and Direction: Confidence in taking the initiative and working under your own direction at times.
