Job Title: Site Supervisor

About the Role:
Reactive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of site works, managing the supply chain, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Liaise with supply chain partners to ensure smooth delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Supervise and mentor site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and project delivery

Requirements:
  • HNC or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a construction site management environment
  • NEBOSH or Health and Safety qualification with relevant experience
  • UK driving license and willingness to travel to sites in Northern Ireland
