Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Orthodontic Dental Nurse to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and have experience assisting with various clinical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support during patient consultations and treatment sessions.
- Assist in the smooth operation of the Orthodontic Department, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Perform intra-oral scanning and impression taking for accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to clinical audits under the guidance of consultants.
Skills and Qualifications
- Registered with the General Dental Council Register for Dental Nurses.
- Demonstrated understanding of specialized equipment and supplies used in orthodontic practice.
- Experience in a dental practice setting, preferably with a focus on primary care.
- Knowledge of digital scanning techniques is desirable.
