  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest technologies, tools, and industry developments. Continuously improve your expertise and contribute to the collective knowledge of the engineering team.
  • Agile Practices: Engage in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure the timely and effective delivery of software features.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Credentials: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development, particularly focused on SaaS products. Experience in the healthcare domain is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., .NET, Django). Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps methodologies.
