As a Senior Project Manager at Mace, you will play a key role in delivering our projects to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating mechanical and electrical design
  • Working with consultants and subcontractors
  • Managing safety and quality aspects of the project
  • Supervising the progress of work and running M&E trades
  • Preparing the project programme and ensuring project milestones are achieved
  • Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract
  • Identifying and predicting potential delays and taking action to mitigate them
  • Keeping project stakeholders informed of progress, cost, and any other relevant issues
  • Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule
  • Performing cost analysis as required
  • Participating in design reviews

You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and take advantage of the opportunities Mace has to offer. You will be digitally savvy and able to build lasting client relationships.
