**Job Summary**

Right Now Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Import Coordinator to join our team. As an Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, processing import documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and overseas partners to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Verify and input costs and sales data, ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for clients.
  • Provide precise and timely communication with overseas agents.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to management.
  • Support the training and development of new team members.
  • Ensure adherence to our company's customer-centric policy.
  • Respond promptly to all communication within a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Import operations within a fast-paced import office environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Full 5-year checkable work history and a clean DBS record.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or out-of-hours as required.
