Job Title: Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods Limited. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of retail assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store standards.
  • Take responsibility for controlling operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
