About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Professional to join our team at Ad Warrior. As an Enabling Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and encouragement to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication as needed.
- Cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional payment of £60 per sleep-in.
