About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEO Lead to join our team at Mediaworks. As an SEO Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients' organic performance by identifying and executing SEO opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct SEO account teams to ensure all team members understand the client's SEO performance and strategy.
  • Develop and implement client technical and content roadmaps, defining monthly workflows and integrating with wider account activity.
  • Serve as the primary SEO contact for client teams, communicating the business and commercial benefits of proposed SEO activity.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Project Managers to create client roadmaps and monitor progress across all SEO activity.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client organic landscapes, identifying challenges, opportunities for growth, and the role of SEO in their marketing activity.
  • Stay passionate and excited about the activity and results, sharing updates with the agency team.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of search engine optimization and relevant tracking and research tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mind and strong commercial awareness, with excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to own problems and deliver solutions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver above-standard documentation, with confidence to self-motivate and manage workload.
  • Love of learning and enthusiasm to continually improve.
