Job Description

The Head of Safety is a critical role within UK Skyborne Inhouse Careers, responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of an effective Safety Management System across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Safety Management System (SMS) Implementation Plan
  • Facilitate Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Monitor Corrective Actions and Ensure Timely Follow-up
  • Provide Periodic Safety Reports to Senior Management
  • Maintain Safety Documentation and Compliance
  • Plan and Organize Safety Training for Staff and Contractors
  • Lead the Safety Action Group and Safety Review Board

Qualifications and Experience
