About the Role:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Analyse and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a thought leader, proposing innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance business capabilities.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage risks, and ensure key initiatives align with company goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced project manager with a background in technology, marketing, or a creative agency.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and improving internal business capabilities.
  • Confident in building relationships across divisions, with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passionate about business transformation, with knowledge of change management programs.

What We Offer:

  • 23 days holiday, increasing to 25 after two years of service.
