About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our client's HR function and drive business success. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Design and implement an HR strategy that supports the company's growth and development goals.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Lead the development of employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, and manage the talent pipeline to ensure a strong bench of future leaders.
  • Employee Relations and Communications: Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior management and employees on employee relations, communications, and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Qualifications: CIPD qualification (level 5) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
