Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Flexjet LLC. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft structures, engines, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications to meet company and regulatory requirements
  • Remove and disassemble defective parts, assemble and install replacement parts, and test aircraft systems
  • Operate power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments
  • Complete maintenance records in an accurate manner, including reporting of times required to accomplish tasks assigned
  • Support company policies and safety programs, including OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints
  • Present a clean and neat work area
  • Demonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • B1 or B1/B2 License
  • B1.3 for rotary aircraft desired
  • UK CAA and EASA License
  • Proven experience in aviation, with corporate aircraft experience preferred
  • Type ratings on GVI, EMB550, and S76 desired
  • Good working knowledge of EASA/UK CAA: Part 145, Part M, Part CAMO, Part 21
Working Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 5Kg and occasionally lift and move up to 22.5 KG.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
