Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Storal Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading by example, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children in the baby and emerging toddler rooms.
- Develop and implement learning and teaching objectives to ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences.
- Conduct team appraisals and provide regular feedback to support the growth and development of your team.
- Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
- Ensure all record-keeping requirements are regularly completed and maintained.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Early Years Educator who has a proven track record of leadership and management. You will have a Level 3 or above qualification in early years and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
You will be an excellent communicator with both children and adults, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care and education. You will also be a reflective practitioner who is committed to ongoing learning and development.
