Front Desk Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle check-ins, reservations, and guest interactions with professionalism and poise.
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they're equipped to provide top-notch service.
- Utilize our IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.
- Collaborate with the team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
