Key Responsibilities- Commercial Management: Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement commercial plans to maximize profitability and drive sales growth.
- Customer Experience: Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to exceed customer expectations and create a positive shopping experience.
- Team Development: Train, coach, and develop your team to support the completion of appraisals and performance reviews, and ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the store.
- Financial Management: Proactively analyze financial data, retail and company strategy, and use local/industry knowledge and commercial creativity to maximize sales opportunities and support in making commercial decisions to drive store performance and exceed KPI targets.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity, and use effective planning and organizational skills to successfully implement the retail plan.
- Visual Merchandising: Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards, including leading sale/new season launches and floor moves.
- Compliance: Ensure correct procedures are adhered to in a professional manner for your crew and store, including cash and stock, health and safety, office, security of premises, key holders, and loss prevention.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a positive shopping experience.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
