Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Ensure all company documentation is accurately filed and stored
  • Process and manage shipment details within the Freight Management System
  • Source and obtain Proof of Deliveries from suppliers
  • Meet the unique needs of clients regarding Proof of Deliveries
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
  • Label and store filing systems accordingly
  • Palletize and store filing systems within the warehouse

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment or administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Working Hours:

  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours may be required
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 hour lunch break
