Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Manager

Morgan Law is seeking a seasoned Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team for an initial 12-month contract. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and grow the EDO agenda, ideal for a specialist in the EDI space or an experienced HR Business Partner or OD Partner looking to specialize.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of innovative and effective Equality Diversity and Inclusion strategy and programme of work for the council.
  • Provide expertise to the HR and council leaders in the development of an inclusive, performance management, leadership, colleague engagement & development, and organisational change and development.
  • Work as part of the HR Team and OD specifically, at the heart of the ambitious organisational EDI programme that champions the development of colleagues and shaping the organisational people management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Experienced HR professional with a track record of developing and delivering EDI strategies within the Public Sector.
  • CIPD level 5 qualified.
  • Hybrid role, with a need to be onsite around once a week.
