Trampoline Coach Leader

Job Opportunity

DEED Leisure and Culture is seeking a skilled Trampoline Coach to lead the delivery of a recreational Trampoline programme at the Dick McTaggart Regional Gymnastics Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality coaching to individuals and groups, adhering to Scottish Governing Body guidelines and coach-to-participant ratios.
  • Develop and implement engaging Trampoline programmes, promoting physical activity and sports development in the community.
  • Collaborate with the Leisure and Sport section to achieve programme goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • UKCC Level 2 Trampolining certification from Scottish Gymnastics.
  • Relevant coaching experience, with a strong background in Trampolining and sports development.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on working with children and young people.

About the Role

This is a contract position, working 15 hours per week, term time, 35 weeks per year. The successful candidate will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Scheme prior to commencement.
