Your role will involve ensuring that all assigned Reactive Works orders and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are completed within the defined timeframes as per contract SLAs and KPIs.

Support the site supervisor in implementing a cohesive approach to the delivery of all contracted services, ensuring that all tasks are executed safely, punctually, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be a time-served technician with a background in General Maintenance, possessing skills in:

  • Carpentry
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Door Hanging
  • Carpet and Lino Repairs
  • Tiling
  • Ceiling Grids/Tiles
  • Minor Plumbing Works

Grounds maintenance will be required every three weeks, with cleaning duties to cover absences and holidays or as requested by the client for special cleans. Additionally, you will act as a handy person to address any site issues that may arise.
