About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bohill Bungalows, a leading provider of specialist care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor the physical health of residents, developing and implementing individual care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Deliver person-centred care, promoting independence and dignity for all residents.
  • Supervise and support care staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
