About the Role

We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales Executive to join our team in East London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing buyers and tenants for our mixed-tenure development. Your commitment to customer experience will be essential in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure buyers and tenants for our mixed-tenure development
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Work closely with our marketing team to promote our development and attract potential buyers and tenants
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in selling new homes and a strong understanding of the residential property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position
