Exciting Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join their team in Swindon. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical, mechanical, and AC building maintenance tasks
  • Perform lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
  • Test and maintain emergency lighting systems
  • Work on control panels and BMS systems
  • Monitor and maintain log books
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £36,000 + £5,000 Shift Allowance (£41,000)
  • A Monday to Friday schedule with 08.00 - 17.00 hours
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • A company vehicle and fuel card
