Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate safety training workshops and educational sessions
  • Employ diverse multimedia tools for effective safety instruction
  • Assess safety initiatives and pursue ongoing enhancements
  • Address unsafe practices and conditions proactively
  • Resolve safety issues and offer actionable solutions
  • Keep abreast of safety developments and industry best practices
  • Travel to various sites to conduct safety training
  • Maintain precise documentation for compliance and reporting
  • Perform daily HSEQ Advisor responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in safety coaching or related roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and principles
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with multimedia tools for safety training
  • Valid driver's license
