Reporting to the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will be part of a supportive team environment. Our location is a stunning expanse of parkland, providing a picturesque backdrop for your work. Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, engaging directly with guests. You will warmly welcome and assist all visitors to our café. With a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure that every guest enjoys their experience. This dynamic environment requires strong teamwork and adaptability. You will be attentive to guests' needs, ready to assist and make recommendations. Maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation is crucial. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that displays and signage are accurate and appealing. You may also assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed. Comprehensive training will be provided, including food safety and allergen awareness, along with opportunities for further professional development.
