Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HGV driver to join our team at The NWH Group, a leading recycling and waste management business in the UK. As a Class 2 Tipper HGV driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Class 2 Tipper HGV vehicle, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Transport goods to various locations, including Edinburgh, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, including regular checks and adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and efficiency targets, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 2 / Category C License with at least 12 months of experience.
  • Valid CPC entitlement and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Good knowledge of road networks and ability to navigate efficiently.
  • A maximum of 6 points or less on their license, with no DR, DD, CD, or IN codes.
  • Excellent command of the English language and good customer service skills.
