Are you a seasoned sales professional seeking a new challenge in the IT Services sector? Ventula Consulting, a global leader in digital transformation and cloud-based solutions, is looking for a motivated sales expert to join their European sales team.


The Role:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the delivery of smart buildings, renewable energy solutions, green infrastructure, and sustainability.


  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in key markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns, leveraging the company's expertise in AI, IoT, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in new business sales, with a strong record of lead generation, client acquisition, and new deal closure.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to manage, develop, and retain customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the IT Services sector, with experience in selling technology solutions and digital services.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £135,000 - £140,000 basic, plus a 30% bonus.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days onsite at our Central London-based HQ and flexible working arrangements.
