An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated Estimator to join a successful team at Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd. Our client is a leading company within the Commercial fit-out sector with a proven track record of delivering high-quality fit-out projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage cost budgets and estimates
* Manage new and existing contracts
* Prepare proposals for each client
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
* Prepare and submit financial documents
* Liaise with other company departments, including business development
* Continuously innovate profitable outcomes and maximize profit

**Requirements:**

* Proven track record of success in estimating (preferably in Hospitality but not essential)
* Experience in selling
* Exceptional negotiation skills
* Strong rapport-building skills and ability to develop relationships
* Positive and outgoing personality
