Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure that policies are issued accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of our team culture, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
