The Role:

We are currently undergoing a recruitment drive, and we are seeking a Graduate Construction Planner to join our team in the North West. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Senior Planner on significant £Multi Million new build and refurbishment projects for blue-chip clients.

The role involves tender planning and contract planning on live projects. The Graduate Construction Planner will be involved in the planning and coordination of these projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

We offer ongoing support and development opportunities to our team members, including training and mentorship from our Planning team and Company Directors.

About You:

We are looking for a Graduate Planner who has recently secured a Construction Management or Building degree to join our small Planning team in Preston. Previous practical planning experience is not a requirement for this role, as we are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude to learn and progress. We are committed to helping our team members develop their skills and advance their careers.

The successful candidate will be based in or be able to commute to our office in Preston. They will be IT literate and have experience with project planning software, preferably ASTA. However, this is not a prerequisite, and experience with other project planning tools is also valuable.
