Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Norgine on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and delivering projects to time, quality, and budget targets, while ensuring compliance with Norgine's governance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and budget standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with Norgine's governance processes and standards.
- Education to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivery to time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Current Prince2 / APM Practitioner qualification or equivalent Agile qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in matrix managing project teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
