Apprentice Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Marshalls is a leading manufacturer and supplier of natural stone and innovative concrete hard landscaping products. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our site engineering team at Mells.
About the Role:This 4-year Engineering Apprenticeship will cover a structured course provided by a local college with support from your mentors on-site. You will work as part of a busy engineering team with the ultimate goal of becoming a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Minimum education of 4 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or equivalent, including Mathematics, English and a Science
- Strong work ethic and keen interest in the world of engineering and manufacturing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Full support along your 4-year Apprentice journey
- Progression towards becoming a fully qualified Multi Skilled Engineer
