Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC technician to perform service and maintenance tasks on premium commercial properties. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to our clients while working on a diverse range of HVAC systems.
Work Location: Mobile role covering various postcodes
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive service requests, including emergency breakdowns
  • Possess installation experience for retrofitting and system replacements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across all HVAC systems
  • Prepare quotations for services and repairs following site visits
  • Work with Split systems, VRFs, AHUs, DX systems, and some Central Plant equipment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
  • Participate in the Out of Hours Call Out Rota
  • Complete all necessary documentation and maintain logbooks at client sites
  • Company vehicle, uniform, PDA, and mobile phone provided
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • C&G 2079 Category 1 certification
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • F-Gas certification
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of building fabric and ability to perform basic fabric repairs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations related to maintenance work
  • Willingness to work outside of regular hours and participate in a scheduled callout rota
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Proficient in IT applications including Outlook and Word
