Pharmacy Facility Supervisor Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team training and development to ensure internal and external accuracy figures are met and maintained
  • Maintain best operational practices through management of SOPs
  • Drive and improve multiskilling within the team through staff performance, training, and productivity review
  • Conduct coaching sessions to feedback on issues and area of improvement to raise KPI awareness and drive improvements
  • Quickly react to issues
