Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and transport waste from commercial and industrial areas, ensuring a spotless service.
  • Sort recyclable materials and ensure proper disposal of non-recyclable waste in line with company and environmental guidelines.
  • Conduct routine checks and perform minor maintenance tasks, handling basic repairs.
  • Report any larger maintenance issues requiring specialist attention to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and hazard prevention guidelines.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards according to industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • A valid driving license is required for travel between sites.
  • Previous experience in waste management is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Familiarity with waste disposal procedures is preferred.
  • A strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
