Job Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Bar Back to join our team. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tidying up tables, counters, and other bar areas
  • Collecting empty glasses and bottles
  • Restocking the bar with straws, coasters, and napkins
  • Preparing mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes
  • Replenishing peanuts and fruits
  • Changing out beer kegs and replacing liquor bottles
  • Removing trash and wiping down drink spills
  • Refilling ice bins
  • Cleaning rags throughout the shift
  • Assisting bartenders during peak hours

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum age to serve alcoholInterest in the hospitality industry; previous entry-level experience in a bar or restaurant is not mandatory, but will be considered a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam spiritBasic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes (different types of beers and mixed drinks)Physical ability to lift beer kegs, hold trays of bottles and glassware, and stand during the shiftFlexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidaysHigh school diploma; additional certification in mixology or hospitality is a plus
