About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Career Advancement Specialist to join our team at SThree. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent for our clients in the STEM industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
